|dc.description||This year saw the publication of our document on National Structures following our Provincial Council's acceptance of the recommendations of a National Working Party set up to advise on future structures. This marked a concrete response to a series of challenges identified as likely to have a major impact on future service provision. In particular, a continuing growth of services was identified as coinciding with a decline in the number of Brothers, as mirrored in other religious congregations. Simultaneously, a very welcome era of increased service user, family and staff participation has dawned which in turn is merging with new partnership arrangements with the Department of Health and Children, and Health Boards.||en|
